These Terms of Service govern your use of the Jordan Apparel website and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order — for example due to stock unavailability, a pricing error, or suspected fraud — in which case we will notify you and refund any payment already taken in full.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are shown as the final price for the product itself. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed separately at checkout, as described on our Shipping page. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an order is placed, and will contact you before charging a corrected amount.

Payment

Payment is collected at the time of checkout through our payment processor. By providing payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.

Shipping and risk of loss

Estimated delivery times are described on our Shipping page and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk of loss and title for items you purchase pass to you upon our delivery to the courier.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Product descriptions

We try to describe and photograph products accurately, including size charts on our Size Guide page. Minor variations in colour (due to display settings) and construction (due to small-batch, partially handmade production) should be expected and are not considered defects.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including product photography, descriptions, logos, and design — is owned by Jordan Apparel or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with its normal operation, or to submit false or fraudulent orders.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jordan Apparel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jordan Apparel is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
