This policy explains what personal information Jordan Apparel ("we", "us") collects when you shop with us, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
Information we collect
- Order information: name, email, phone number, and shipping address, collected when you place an order.
- Payment information: processed directly by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number.
- Browsing information: pages viewed and cart contents, stored locally in your browser to make checkout work; we do not currently use third-party analytics or ad-tracking cookies.
- Communications: anything you send us via email, such as support or return requests.
How we use it
- To process, ship, and provide support for your order.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and respond to your inquiries.
- To detect and prevent fraud on payment transactions.
- To improve our product catalogue and site based on aggregate, non-identifying trends.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary information with:
- Payment processors (to charge your order).
- Courier and logistics partners (to deliver your order — this includes your name, address, and phone number).
- Email service providers (to send transactional emails like order confirmations).
We do not share your information with data brokers or advertising networks.
Data retention
We retain order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and warranty/returns purposes — typically 7 years, in line with standard bookkeeping requirements. You can request deletion of non-essential personal data (see "Your rights" below) at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@jordanapparel.com with your request and we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies and local storage
We use browser local storage to remember your cart between visits. This stays on your device and is not sent to any third party. We do not currently use tracking or advertising cookies.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit, and payment details are handled entirely by our PCI-compliant payment processor rather than stored on our own servers.
Children's privacy
Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
