Order and shipping questions
Have your order number ready — it's in your confirmation email and SMS — and we can look up tracking status, delivery estimates, or address changes much faster. See the Shipping page first for delivery zone timelines, which answers most "where is my order" questions without needing to wait for a reply.
Returns and exchanges
Start a return or exchange directly from this page or by emailing us your order number — full details, including the return window and non-returnable items, are on the Returns page.
Wholesale and bulk orders
We work with a small number of retail partners and take corporate/bulk orders (uniforms, event merchandise, gifting) above 50 units. If that's you, email wholesale@jordanapparel.com with your requirements, quantities, and timeline, and our wholesale team will come back with pricing.

For interview requests, product samples, or brand assets, contact press@jordanapparel.com. Please include your publication or platform and the angle of your story so we can route it to the right person quickly.

Our studio and warehouse are based in Lahore. We're primarily a warehouse-and-online operation rather than a walk-in retail store, so if you'd like to visit in person, please email ahead to arrange a time.
