About Jordan Apparel

Our story

Jordan Apparel started in Lahore with a simple frustration: menswear that either cost far more than it should because of import markups, or was made cheaply and didn't last a season. We wanted heavyweight, well-constructed clothing at a fair price, made close enough to home that we could actually walk the factory floor and see how it was built.

What began as a handful of crewnecks sold directly to friends has grown into a full range spanning tops, bottoms, outerwear, footwear, and accessories — but the starting question hasn't changed: would we wear this ourselves, every day, for years?

Made in Pakistan

Every piece we sell is manufactured in Pakistan, from heavyweight cotton fleece sweatshirts to tailored suiting. We work directly with local mills and stitching units instead of importing finished stock from overseas, which means:

  • Shorter production runs, so we can react to what people actually want instead of guessing months in advance.
  • Tighter quality control, because our team can physically inspect production rather than relying on a supplier's word.
  • A smaller markup passed on to you, since we're not paying import duty and multiple layers of distributor margin on finished garments.
  • Jobs and income staying within the local textile industry, from cotton mills to the stitching floor.

Design philosophy

We design in small, considered collections rather than chasing every micro-trend. Most of what we make is built around fit, fabric weight, and construction details that hold up to daily wear — reinforced seams on cargos, brushed interiors on fleece, real horn or matte metal buttons instead of plastic. Colour palettes stay fairly restrained (black, navy, khaki, stone, and seasonal accents) so pieces mix and match across a wardrobe instead of becoming a one-outfit item.

Materials and quality

We specify fabric weight and composition on every product page rather than hiding behind vague marketing language. Our cotton fleece runs heavier than typical fast-fashion sweatshirts specifically so it doesn't thin out or pill after a few washes. Every new style goes through an internal wear-test — a small batch is worn and washed repeatedly by our own team before it ever goes into full production — and anything that doesn't hold up gets sent back for revision.

Sizing and fit commitment

We publish full measurements for every category — not just size labels — because "Medium" means something different at every brand. Our Size Guide gives you the actual chest, waist, inseam, and foot-length numbers behind every size, and our fit names (slim, regular, relaxed, oversized, tapered) are consistent across the whole catalogue so once you know your fit in one product, you know it everywhere.

Sustainability, practically speaking

We don't claim to be a fully sustainable brand — that's a high bar, and we'd rather be honest than make claims we can't back up. What we do control: we produce in smaller batches to avoid overproduction and deadstock, we use offcut fabric from larger runs for accessories like caps and totes where practical, and packaging is minimal — mailers, not boxes-in-boxes, wherever the product allows it.

Community and culture

Jordan Apparel is named for the idea of a well-worn pair of jeans passed down and broken in over years, not a single person. Our team is small and based entirely in Lahore, spanning design, production, customer support, and warehouse operations. We hear directly from customers through support emails and social media, and a fair number of our product decisions — colourways, restocks, new categories — come straight from that feedback.

Milestones

  • Year one: Launched with a small tops-only range, sold directly through social media and word of mouth.
  • Year two: Expanded into bottoms, outerwear, and our first tailored suiting capsule.
  • Year three: Added footwear and accessories, moved production entirely in-house to our current Lahore facility.
  • Today: A full menswear range shipped nationwide, still designed and made in the same city we started in.

Looking ahead

We're working on expanding delivery coverage, adding more size-inclusive fits based on customer requests, and — eventually — shipping beyond Pakistan. If there's something specific you'd like to see from us, the Contact page reaches a real person, not a ticketing system.
