Our culture

We're a small, product-obsessed team based in Lahore. Most of us wear the clothes we make, sit close to production, and care more about whether a garment holds up after ten washes than about chasing every trend cycle. If you like working somewhere you can see the direct result of your work — literally, on a rack, within weeks — that's the environment here.

What we look for

Regardless of role, we tend to hire people who are:

• Detail-obsessed: whether that's a stitch line, a size chart, or a customer email, small things matter to you.
• Comfortable with ambiguity: we're a small team without a big-company playbook, so you'll often be figuring out the right process, not just following one.
• Direct communicators: we'd rather hear "this isn't working" early than find out after a production run ships.
• Genuinely interested in menswear and manufacturing — not required to have industry experience, but curiosity about how clothes are actually made goes a long way here.

Where we typically hire

We're not actively hiring for a specific open role right now, but the areas we grow into most often are:

• Production and quality control — working directly with our mills and stitching units in Lahore.
• Design — apparel design, technical pattern work, and fit development.
• Customer support — handling order, sizing, and returns queries directly with customers.
• Warehouse and logistics — inventory, packing, and courier coordination.
• Marketing and content — photography, social media, and campaign planning.

If none of these match what you do but you think there's a fit anyway, tell us why — we've hired outside of a listed role before when the fit was right.

Internship program

We run occasional short-term internships, mainly in design and production, for students or recent graduates based in Lahore who want hands-on experience in how a small apparel brand actually operates day to day. These aren't formally scheduled — we open them when we have the capacity to properly mentor someone, so check back or ask us directly.

Life at Jordan Apparel

A few practical things about working here:

• Small team, flat structure — you'll work closely with whoever runs the area you're in, not through layers of management.
• Staff discount on the full product range.
• Based on-site in our Lahore studio and warehouse; this isn't currently a remote-friendly team given how hands-on production work is.
