Welcome to Jordon Northan Apparel ("Jordon"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase from us.

These terms are a contract between you and Jordon Northan Apparel. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date they are posted on this page. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

Ordering and acceptance

• Your order is an offer to buy products from us. We only accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation or ship the products. Until then, we may decline or cancel all or part of an order and will refund any amount paid for the cancelled items.
• We may contact you to verify details, limit quantities, or refuse orders that appear to be placed for resale or that breach these terms.
• Please review your order carefully. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and contact information.

Pricing and availability

• Prices, product descriptions, fit names and availability are shown on the site and may change without notice. We try to be accurate, but errors may occur. If we find a pricing or stock error after you order, we will notify you and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel.
• Colours and fabric appearance may vary slightly from images due to screen settings and natural variations in materials.
• Promotions are subject to their stated terms and may be withdrawn at any time.
• For international deliveries, local taxes, duties and import charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient where charged.

Delivery

• We ship nationwide in Pakistan and to the United States. Delivery options and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing or events beyond our control.
• Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge for re-delivery.
• We may ship items in separate parcels. Title to products passes upon full payment and delivery.

Cancellation and returns

• Order cancellation: You can request cancellation before dispatch by contacting us. If your order has already shipped, please follow the returns process.
• Domestic returns (Pakistan): We offer 7-day returns from delivery for unworn items in original condition with all tags attached, unless an item is marked as final sale or otherwise excluded by law. Contact us to start a return.
• United States returns: Please contact us to discuss return options and instructions for your order.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping and handling are not refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

Intellectual property

All content on the site, including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, designs and product names, is owned by or licensed to Jordon and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or these terms.
• Do not damage, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems or other users’ accounts.
• Do not upload malware, scrape or harvest data, or use robots or similar tools without our consent.
• Do not infringe others’ rights, impersonate any person, or submit false or misleading information.
• Do not use our site or products for resale without our written permission.

Account security

If you create an account, keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Product care and suitability

Follow the care instructions on each garment. Normal wear and laundering affect fabrics and colours over time. Our fit names are consistent across the catalogue, but measurements vary by style; please consult the size guide.

Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jordon is not liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss; (b) loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data; or (c) losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product, except where the law does not allow such a limitation. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, strikes, carrier issues, supply constraints, or government actions.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts of Pakistan shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.

Miscellaneous

• If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
• Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
• These terms, together with any policies referenced on our site, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site and purchases from us.
